Debbie Mounts has lived in Mexico since 1989 when she came as a Senior Fulbright Lecturer in Chicano Studies. She founded VISTAS Intercultural Institute in 1994 which provides Spanish Language instruction with academic credit given through California State University, Hayward.

Our "milagros" are the creations of a corps of very talented artesanos. All of what Milagros Para Ti offers has been designed and hand-crafted by individuals whose work is of the finest quality. We work not only with folks who have the distinction of having been named "grand masters of Mexico Folk Art" but also with newer up and coming artists whose talents we want to share with you.
